The Students Do
Copy Paste , Why??
Assignments? Hit it off with Google. See, that’s the problem of
people nowadays especially students. When the deadline comes you will use all
your powers to pass it.So, as a students that knows about technologies will realized all the way. Admit it, as a
student your mentor or teacher ask you to do a research or an essay about
something you have learned in today’s lesson so at home you remember your
assignment and as a good student you will do your assignment in order to pass
but the sad thing is you want to interact with your facebook friends, twitter
followers and see what’s in trend right now so you hit it off with google, type
your worst nightmare “blah blah blah” and the answers right there in front of
your eyes and when it appears, hit right mouse click search for copy, open an
ms. word then paste it. (TOPIC SENTENCE)
First, Students who work outside school (some up to
20 hours per week) or have heavy class loads may decide there is not enough
time to do the assignment properly.Second,
Students finds it that the web is the shortest and the best way to solve their
worst problems for searching and copy-pasting is as easy as a 6 year old child
can do and doing that it will only take less time to do other things they want
to do.Third, A student uninterested in an
assignment may be more likely to plagiarize. Allowing students to select topics
or using real-world data/examples may add incentive for a student to complete
the assignment as intended. Fourth, Habitual
cheating and cutting corners at school can be a sign that a person has the
mindset that "the rules don't apply to me". That kind of thinking
could lead to more serious problems in adult life, even deviant or criminal
behavior.Fifth, There are several sources
of fear. One is that students may feel ashamed to fail, especially in terms of
family expectations. It should be noted that it is more “honorable” to receive
a low grade than to be caught cheating or plagiarizing.Other students may feel
their writing or research skills are so weak, that they can only pass the
course if they buy a paper written by someone else. Clear guidelines may help
students put their skills in perspectiveThen, students may claim that they are
unable to state the content of a source as well as the original. In that scenario,
instructors may wish to explain that being able to rephrase a concept is
important for the assignment as well as for learning overall.Sixth, Of course, some students do copy paste
because they feel it’s easier to copy from someone else than do the work
themselves. One strategy for these students is to remind them of long-term
consequences. Another strategy is to structure assignments so that copy paste
becomes more work than doing the research. (SUPPORTING SENTENCE)
Finally,Using modern
technology and easy access through the cyber web we are all encouraged, no, we
are programmed that if we want to know something or if we want to have an easy
task we just have to hit the web, google it, search for anything and copy -paste
it to the Microsoft Word. Even though there is an act or law regarding in
copying and posting other works may it be professional or amateur this is
really happening and reality is few people are capable of applying it in their
lives. .” Easy task isn’t it? But what lies here is that this is the
real example that , internet is helpful, educational and easy access
communication but internet creates a global problem despite of maturity content
they teach students to be lazy, to copy and to forget their own identity.
Internet swallows one’s personal being and creating a world problem culture,
the Copy -Paste Culture. So,reminding students of the consequences if they’re
caught will help students see that copy paste really is not a “solution.
